Who does the PHV-6 guideline apply to?

The guideline applies only to marketing authorisation holders of a medicinal products in the Czech Republic, i.e. a product authorised in the Czech Republic or authorised under a centralised procedure. If a company does not have a medicinal product registered in the Czech Republic, it is not a marketing authorisation holder according to the Czech national legislation.
