Sunset clause – a list of medicinal products whose marketing authorisation has ceased to be valid due to sunset clause provision.
Below are the lists of medicinal products whose marketing authorisations have ceased to be valid due to application of Section 34a of Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on Pharmaceuticals, as amended (the sunset clause). The person who held the marketing authorisation is obliged to withdraw these medicinal products from circulation without delay .
