Reporting unsuccessful verification of safety features

Reports of unsuccessful verification of safety features can be sent to SÚKL in any demonstrable way, however, SÚKL enables obliged persons to send reports remotely using:

• Web API interface, eventual connector in the information system of the pharmacy, distributor, or manufacturer. To use the web interface, please contact your software supplier.
• Web form, which is located on the SÚKL portal, report section. In order to send a report, an authentication certificate is required, which all pharmacies, distributors and manufacturers of medicinal products currently use when communicating with SÚKL.
