The Llist of all medical devices reimbursed on the basis of a prescription for a voucher (hereinafter referred to as the “List of MD”) published pursuant to Section 39t (paragraph 1) of Act No. 48/1997 Coll. on Public Health Insurance, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Public Health Insurance Act”).
All prices and reimbursements in the List of MD include VAT.
The List of MD is published every month. The current List of MD is available:
- in a PDF version on the Institute’s official notice board (Czech only)
- in machine-readable CSV data in the public part of the ISZP
- CSV data import to Excel manual (Czech only)
Draft List of MD is published on the 15th day of the calendar month. This is only preliminary information within the framework of the draft List of Medical Devices.
You can comment on the draft List of Medical Devices until the 22nd day of the calendar month. If you find any discrepancies, you can contact SÚKL by e-mail to the address: uhrzp@sukl.gov.cz, please indicate “Draft List as of DD.MM.YYYY” as the subject. We thank you in advance for any comments.
The List of MD is always published on the 24th day of the calendar month and is valid for the following calendar month.
