List of all medical devices reimbursed on the basis of a prescription for a voucher

The Llist of all medical devices reimbursed on the basis of a prescription for a voucher (hereinafter referred to as the “List of MD”) published pursuant to Section 39t (paragraph 1) of Act No. 48/1997 Coll. on Public Health Insurance, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Public Health Insurance Act”). The List of MD contains all covered medical devices (MDs) prescribed under a voucher, including the maximum manufacturer’s prices and the amount and conditions of reimbursement, and is valid for the following calendar month.
