Addition of the text of the clinilcal trial authorisation decision
We inform about the modification of the text of the Decision on authorisation of clinical trial and the Decision on authorisation of clinical trial with conditions.
The following paragraph has been added to the text of the decision, which allows the sponsor to start the clinical trial immediately without having to send information on the waiver of the right to appeal.
| V souladu s článkem 8 Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) č. 536/2014 ze dne 16. dubna 2014 o klinických hodnoceních humánních léčivých přípravků a o zrušení směrnice 2001/20/ES je výše uvedené klinické hodnocení povoleno dnem doručení tohoto rozhodnutí. Oprávnění zařadit první subjekt hodnocení do tohoto klinického hodnocení v ČR lze využít po dobu 24 měsíců od tohoto data. Poučení o odvolání Proti tomuto rozhodnutí je možno podat podle § 81 a násl. správního řádu u Ústavu odvolání, a to ve lhůtě 15 dnů ode dne jeho doručení. O odvolání rozhoduje Ministerstvo zdravotnictví ČR. |
