Are inspectors allowed to accept refreshments, lunch, or gifts during on-site inspections?

Inspectors do not accept any gifts. Inspectors pay for lunches themselves during on-site inspections. Light refreshments during the on-site inspection are considered a standard courtesy and are therefore acceptable.
