What should be done in the event of a change in the name of the marketing authorisation holder?

If there has been no change in the contact details of the QPPV or the contact person for pharmacovigilance issues, it is sufficient to inform the Pharmacovigilance Department of the change in the marketing authorisation holder’s name by e-mail to farmakovigilance@sukl.gov.cz.
