Medicinal products permitted in accordance with the provisions 11 (r) Act no. 378/2007 Coll., Act on Pharmaceuticals (“Act on Pharmaceuticals”)

In accordance with the provision 11 (r) of the Act on Pharmaceuticals, SÚKL publishes a list of medicinal products at the request of the marketing authorization holders which have been temporarily allowed to be distributed and dispensed in the Czech Republic by issuing a decision of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for the purpose of the availability of medicinal products for patients.
