List of Medical Devices Covered by a Voucher

The list of medical devices covered by a voucher (hereinafter referred to as the “List of Medical Devices”) published pursuant to Section 39t(1) of Act No. 48/1997 Coll. on Public Health Insurance, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Public Health Insurance Act”). The List of Medical Devices lists all covered medical devices (MDs) prescribed under a voucher, including the maximum manufacturer’s prices and the amount and conditions of reimbursement, and is valid for the following calendar month.
