Electronic mail room

The electronic mail room serves for the receipt of data messages.

Rules for confirming the data messages delivered to the address of the electronic mail room:

The delivery of a data message is confirmed to the sender if the electronic address of the sender may be detected from the received data message. The confirmation report includes the following:

• Date and time of  data message delivery
• Identifier of the data message (document) allocated by the electronic mail room.

A data message specimen: Confirmation of data message delivery The data message has been delivered to the electronic mail room of the State Institute for Drug Control at posta@sukl.gov.cz on DD/MM/YYYY at HH/MM/SS.

Technical parameters of received data messages:

Data messages are accepted in the following formats: xml, html, pdf, doc, jpg, rtf, xls, and txt. The maximum size of a data message is 15 MB. In case of doubts please inquire in writing in our electronic mail room.

Technical parameters for physical media for submission of data messages:

Data messages are accepted on CDs and DVDs. In case of doubts please inquire in writing in our electronic mail room. Procedure in the case of identifying a harmful computer program or incorrect format in a delivered data message: A data message in which a harmful computer program or an incorrect format has been detected shall not be processed. If it is possible to identify the sender’s electronic address from the delivered data message, a report on detection of a harmful computer programme or incorrect format is sent to this address.
