List of reimbursed medicinal products valid as of 1. 2. 2026

The State Institute for Drug Control, in accordance with the Act, publishes a List of Medicinal Products Reimbursed by Health Insurance (hereinafter referred to as the “List”). The List is always published on the first day of the calendar month and contains a complete list of medicinal products reimbursed by public health insurance, the reimbursement of which is decided by the Institute, including the maximum or announced ex-factory prices, the amount and conditions of reimbursement, including their maximum possible reimbursement for the end consumer, together with the amount of the supplementary payment in the eligible limit. The list also contains the basic reimbursements of reference groups with an explanation of how the basic reimbursements were determined, together with a complete list of medicinal products included in the reference groups. The list also contains the maximum prices of medicinal products for which the Institute only decides on the maximum price, together with a complete list of medicinal products and the reasons for how the maximum prices were set.

The list takes into account the 12% VAT rate and the Ministry of Health’s Price Decree No. 1/2026/OLZP of October 24, 2025, on the regulation of prices of medicinal products and foods for special medical purposes.
