How to proceed in case an error arises in the submitted report? Is it possible to correct or delete an incorrect report?
The last report can be edited from the overview of sent messages. The application also offers the possibility to save a report in progress. The fields available for editing are:
- Effective date of change
- Reason category
- Date of expected renewal
- Reason for interruption
- Additional information for the report
If the Change Effective Date field is edited, the Inventory Status field is also available for editing.
The fields Report Type and Medication Product cannot be edited, in such cases it is possible to cancel the report after filling in the reason for invalidation.
Only use the invalidate report in cases of an incorrectly submitted report (e.g., a report for an incorrect SÚKL code) or if the reported discontinuation with a future expiration date does not ultimately occur. Submit a renewal report instead of invalidating the report of an ongoing interruption.
Changes in the report (edits and cancellations) will also be reflected in the Public Overview, including the date the report was edited or cancelled.
