ČSN overviews with a focus on the ZP area
Since January 1, 2018, the Czech Agency for Standardization (ČAS) has been responsible for all activities related to the creation, publication and distribution of technical standards.
The founder of ČAS is the Office for Technical Standardization, Metrology and State Testing (hereinafter referred to as “ÚNMZ”), pursuant to Act No. 265/2017 Coll., which amends Act No. 90/2016 Coll., on assessing the conformity of specified products during their delivery on the market, and Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended.
